We try to make every effort
to ensure that all product information on this
site is accurate, however, just occasionally, an
error can occur. If we discover an error in the
price or description of a product you have
ordered, Some changes may have to be made
without prior notice. We will endeavour to
contact you to ask whether you wish to continue
with your order or cancel it.
Overseas Orders:
We do not ship goods outside of the mainland UK.
Availability / Dispatch:
Stock items will be dispatched immediately
unless part of a larger order containing
non-stock items whereby all goods will be
dispatched at the same time. Non-stock items
will be subject to manufacturer’s standard lead
times, which may be subject to change beyond our
control.
Deliveries:
Delivery by a carrier will not be pre-arranged,
a card will be left if no one is available to
accept delivery, it may be necessary for you to
contact the carriers local depot to re-arrange
delivery.
Goods
must be checked within 3 days and any
damage/shortage must be notified in writing. A
signature will be required on delivery and any
person signing for goods shall be deemed
authorised to do so by you.
If you do receive the
products in an unsatisfactory condition please
retain all relevant documents so that an
insurance claim can be made against the carriers
insurers. If you receive damaged products, note
that fact on the delivery note, even before you
open the damaged packaging to examine the
contents. If you are unable to open a damaged
package in the presence of the carrier, make
sure that your sign for it as damaged package,
so as to warn the carrier that a claim may be
forthcoming.
You are responsible for
providing a safe means of access from the public
highway to the place of delivery. If our
delivery drivers consider that access is unsafe
then we will not deliver the goods until safe
access is provided. If you are unable, for
whatever reason, to take delivery of your goods
on the delivery date, we reserve the right to
charge you for any subsequent deliveries.
All goods must be released
for delivery or collected within 2 months of
your order date. After 2 months the order will
be subject to an additional handling charge or
possible cancellation charges. The delivery
charges levied for products within this website
are normally considerably less than the actual
cost incurred by us, orders which are
sub-sequentially cancelled may incur a higher
delivery charge being deducted than originally
paid.
Please note that in order to
keep delivery charges to a minimum and avoid
problems on delivery, we need to be advised
prior to dispatch if access to your property
will be difficult. Assistance is essential for
all large/bulky items, as to keep delivery
charges to a minimum, the delivery vehicles are
only manned by the driver. Failed deliveries due
to lack of storage space and assistance will
incur a re-delivery charge.
QP Interiors cannot be held
responsible for any costs that may be incurred
due to a delivery that is delayed for reasons
beyond our control.
Installations:
We advise you not to confirm
your installers starting date until all of the
goods ordered have been delivered and checked
for damage, shortage or defect.
Suitability of goods for
intended purposes must be verified by the
customer prior to ordering.
Warranties:
All goods supplied including those on special
offer will be new first quality items and will
be covered by the manufacturers normal guarantee

Cancellation of Order:
You have the right to cancel
your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods
without giving a reason. This period begins the
day after you receive your order. Goods must be
unopened and in their original delivery
packaging. If you wish to exercise this option
we will refund the full value of your order
(less original delivery costs incurred) within
30 days of cancellation of your order. If you
wish to cancel your order please contact QP
Interiors in writing by e-mail, fax, recorded
delivery post letting us know your intention to
cancel. Goods do not have to be returned within
this 7 day period for you to secure a refund.
You must arrange for and pay the costs of
returning goods safely to us.
We must receive goods which
you intend to return within 14 days from the
date we receive your notification that you
intend to exercise your cancellation right. If
these goods are returned having been unpacked or
are damaged during return transit a refund will
not be offered. These goods must be collected
from our warehouse and a claim made on your
carrier. These terms do not apply to some goods
which are made to your specification, non stock
items or special order.
Claims:
Damaged items may not be returned unless
notification of such damage was made in writing
within 3 days of receipt of goods. Return
carriage will be arranged. Items which prove
defective after installation may be subject to
manufacturers inspection prior to their return /
replacement.
Customer Service:
Our staff are available Tuesday to Friday 9:00am
to 5:00pm, and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Debit / Credit Cards:
QP Interiors will appear on your statement for
all debit / credit card payments.
